Biography:

Chris graduated with First Class honours in English Literature from the University of Warwick before training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Since then, Chris has conducted several major revivals and new productions across the UK and West End. He is also a close collaborator of Claude-Michel Schöenberg and Alain Boublil (Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Martin Guerre).

Musical Director credits include Miss Saigon (Sheffield Crucible); Once On This Island (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre); Rent (The Hope Mill Theatre); Burlesque the Musical (Savoy Theatre, Manchester Opera House); The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry (Theatre Royal Haymarket); Little Shop of Horrors (Sheffield Crucible) and Your Lie In April (Theatre Royal Drury Lane).

Credits as Deputy/Associate Musical Director include Tina: The Musical (Aldwych Theatre); Legally Blonde (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre) and My Neighbour Totoro (RSC).

Credits as Assistant Musical Director include Great British Bake Off: The Musical (Cheltenham Everyman); Bonnie & Clyde (Theatre Royal Drury Lane).
